A new force in Rapid Product
Development
Under a new Government initiative, three
bodies with a history of development in RPD fields have come together to
form the South East England Rapid Product Development Group (RPDG).
Brought together under a SEEDA funded
project, the three parties are:-
- 3T RPD Ltd; a new commercial concern
dedicated to RPD technologies
- The Centre for Rapid Design and
Manufacture (CRDM) at Buckinghamshire Chilterns University College
- The Regional Centre for Manufacturing
Industry (RCMI) at Portsmouth University
These organisations are working together
to develop a comprehensive range of services, including training,
technology transfer and Rapid Prototyping and Tooling services for
industry.
